the hotel was really big n clean, we had a spacious room with loads of character, breakfast was amazin with so many options to choose from, loved the bar area, and the location was perfect for exploring kings lynn. also, the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed.
the heating in our room was a bit too warm n we couldn’t turn it down, and we found the evening dinner service could be a little slow with reservations prioritized over walk-ins.

I enjoyed my stay here and loved the buffet breakfast and the cozy little lounge that was perfect for relaxing. There are some neat cozy nooks around the hotel for reading or just chilling out. The bathroom could use an update, but overall it was a lovely experience! 😊

Great stay, but noisy AC
Had a lovely stay in a spacious room, way bigger than I thought. The hotel’s vibe was really nice and it’s in a super handy spot for exploring. The staff were really on it, fixed a blown bulb fast. Just a bit of a bummer was the air condition unit making noise all night, which was kinda bothersome when trying to sleep.

We stayed in a Small Double Room. It was clean, and the bed was super comfy, which is always a win! But the room did feel a bit hot, maybe because of the time of year. The bathrooms were a decent size, though, and stocked with what we needed. it was cozy enough for our two-night stay.

My room was incredibly spacious with a lovely view, making my stay memorable, and I would definitely choose this place again.

Great stay with friendly staff
We had an awesome time! The location was perfect, just a few mins walk to shops. The staff were super friendly and quick to help us switch to a room with a bath after we originally got one only with a shower. Only bummer was the restaurant’s service, it took forever for us to get our food.

comfortable stay with minor improvements needed
The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's friendliness and willingness to accommodate our late check-out request made our stay special.
While everything was pleasant, the breakfast options could be more varied.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from shops and the river, making it ideal for exploring. The dining experience was pleasant, with good food enjoyed during the stay. the room was lacking in closet space, only providing four hangers for two people on a two-night visit. the check-in process was confusing, leading to some inconvenience, which was exacerbated by delays during dinner service due to a wedding event.
